We have a no-return policy, which means we do not accept returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since the products are personal beauty products, they are all non-returnable. 


Exchanges
We do not allow for exchanges.

Cancellation

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Before Shipment – Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

  2. Cancellation Fee – Every canceled order will attract a non-refundable fee of Rs. 50 to cover platform charges.

  3. How to Request a Cancellation – To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at customercare@defibeauty.in as soon as possible.
